  • Shipping information and delivery times:
    • We aim to ship all packages within 48-72 hours of the order being placed. Delivery time will be 3-5 working days after that.
  • Tracking your order:
    • Tracking information will be emailed to you with confirmation of your order being shipped. Use your tracking number to trace your order on our logistic partner’s website.

All toys can also be bought individually.

 

Payments & Billing:

  • Accepted payment methods:
    • We accept payments through bank transfers. Please note that cash on delivery is not applicable. For bank transfers, simply send a picture of the transaction receipt to the WhatsApp number provided on your order form, and our team will confirm your payment.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We do not offer a return & refund policy. Exchanges will only be possible within the first 24 hours of the product being delivered in case of it being faulty or damaged. Product must be shipped back to us where we will assess the quality issue reported and a new product will be shipped out to you.
